    I didn't exactly waltz into real estate with a Rolodex full of big shots. Nope—I started from scratch, just like a lot of you might be doing with your home dreams.

    I grew up in a small city in India, where "hustle" wasn't just a buzzword—it was life. Fast forward to 2017, I landed in the USA as a first-generation immigrant, wide-eyed and ready to figure it out. By 2021, I had my work permit, and in February 2023, I dove headfirst into being a realtor in the wild, wonderful Bay Area.

    Before all this, I was a software engineer—yep, a certified PMP nerd who loved crunching code. But real estate? That's where my heart found its groove. Since starting, I've helped nearly 20 families snag or sell homes in places like Fremont, San Jose, and Pleasanton.

    And get this—I've racked up Top Performer status with my local MLS in just two years. Not bad for a newbie in one of the trickiest markets in decades, right?

When I analyse a home, a neighborhood, or a market condition I am reading pricing trends, days-on-market data, list-to-sale ratios, RSU vesting cycles, tech hiring sentiment, and the qualitative factors that move price in ways no algorithm captures. Price per square foot is a starting point — a compass, not a calculator. The real analysis begins after that number. My clients make better decisions because they have the full picture, in plain language, before they commit to anything.
